Carbon County, Wyoming will accept Statements of Qualifications for a Construction Manager at Risk until 4:00 p.m. on Monday, July 8, 2019 for the Courthouse and Carbon Building Improvement Project.
The intent is to select firms based upon the quality and responsiveness to the Request for Qualifications (RFQ). The firm should have the related preconstruction and construction project experience relative to schedule, budget and quality. All Trade Contracts will be obtained by open bidding. Following the RFQ process, the County will develop a list of firms to participate in the Request for Proposal (RFP) process.

It is the desire of Carbon County to complete the selection and contracting process in late summer of 2019.
