Sinclair Wyoming Refining Company donated $15,000.00 for the Carbon County Coordination Center (C4)


Sinclair Wyoming Refining Company donated $15,000 towards the development of the Carbon County Coordination Center (C4). The check was presented at the Carbon County Commissioners Meeting on Tuesday, September 1st

Lenny Layman, Carbon County Emergency Manager, was honored to take part in the presentation. Layman stated “The C4 will be the facility where Carbon County Office of Emergency Management, along with its partnering Agencies, across the whole community, will work on Prevention, Protection, Mitigation, Response, and Recovery from the threats and hazards that pose the greatest risk to Carbon County. This generous donation from Sinclair Wyoming Refining Company puts us one step closer to this facility becoming a reality and shows the support we truly have within our community.”
