PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that pursuant to Wyoming State Statute §16-6-116, notice is hereby given that the Carbon County Road & Bridge Department has accepted as substantially complete according to plans, specifications and rules governing the same, the work performed, materials, equipment or tools furnished or used and services rendered under that certain Agreement dated April 7, 2023, between the Carbon County Road & Bridge Department, the Owner, and Bituminous Paving, Inc, the Contractor, for the County Road 203 - Chip Seal Project and the Contractor is entitled to final payment thereof. You are further notified that the Carbon County Road & Bridge Department will cause Bituminous Paving, Inc, to be compensated in full, according to the terms of said Contract on or after November 1, 2023, being the 41st day after the first publication notice of September 21, 2023. All corporations, firms or persons having claims against this contract are hereby notified to file and present them to the Carbon County Road & Bridge Department prior to the date specified at the address below and any failure to file and present claims prior to the payment date shall be waived.
