Liquor Licenses
- Retail Liquor Licenses - $1,000.00*
- Restaurant Liquor License - $1,000.00
- Limited Retail Liquor (Special Club) Licenses - $750.00
- Retail Malt Beverage Permits - $300.00
- Microbrewery Permits - $500.00
- Winery Permits - $500.00
- Motel, Hotel minibar licenses are issued - 1/2 fee paid for original license

*Unless you are within 5 miles of a town or city, then that jurisdiction's fee applies.

These licenses are issued by the Carbon County Commissioners on forms provided by the Department of Revenue & Taxation Liquor Division.

The Carbon County Clerk is authorized to issue the following 24-hour permits. Applications are made on a form provided by the County Clerk. For malt beverage or catering permit, fill out the form and return it to the Office of the Carbon County Clerk, P.O. Box 6, Rawlins, WY 82301.

- Malt Beverage Permit - $10.00 per 24-hour period
- Catering Permit - $10.00 per 24-hour period

All liquor sales in the State of Wyoming are governed by Wyoming State Statutes.
